Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of services from AdPlug, operated by 43 Web Media Inc. ("AdPlug", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

AdPlug provides ad-performance analytics and consulting deliverables, including written reports, audits, and optional consultation calls, as described on our pricing page. Each purchase covers the specific deliverable selected at checkout. All deliverables are digital services delivered by email as PDF files. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is collected at the time of order through Stripe. You authorize us to charge the amount shown. Every purchase is a one-time payment — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before payment is confirmed.

3. When analysis begins

Analysis is considered to have begun when AdPlug confirms by email that the submitted information is complete and the order has entered analysis. Before that confirmation, an order may be cancelled for a full refund.

4. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are stated per package on the pricing page and in the Delivery and Fulfillment Policy. All timeframes are in business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and Canadian statutory holidays, and begin only after all required usable data has been received. Strategy Session consultation calls are scheduled by mutual agreement after the report is delivered and must be booked within 60 days of purchase.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate data and to have the authority to share any ad-account access you grant. AdPlug never asks for advertising-platform passwords. Our recommendations are advisory; you are responsible for decisions made on the basis of the deliverable.

6. No guarantee of results

Advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific increases in performance, revenue, or return on ad spend.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Confidentiality and data

We treat your campaign data as confidential and use it only to deliver your order, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a deliverable is limited to the amount you paid for that deliverable.
