This policy explains how AdPlug, operated by 43 Web Media Inc., collects and uses information when you visit adplug.org or purchase our services.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and the campaign data or ad-account access you share to enable us to produce your deliverable. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe — we do not receive or store full card numbers.

How we use it

We use your information only to deliver and support the service you ordered, to communicate with you about your order, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your campaign data for any purpose other than your engagement.

Third-party service providers

We share information only with the following service providers as necessary to operate:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe receives billing details and processes charges on our behalf.
  • Google Workspace — business email used to receive and send order-related communications.

We do not use third-party analytics platforms, advertising trackers, or marketing automation services on this website. If additional service providers are engaged in the future, this policy will be updated before data is shared.

Campaign data retention

Customer-supplied campaign data (exports, screenshots, read-only access) is used only to produce the purchased deliverable. We delete or revoke access to submitted campaign data within 30 days of delivering the completed report. Order records (name, email, purchase details) are retained for a minimum of 7 years to meet Canadian accounting and tax obligations.

Requesting deletion of campaign data

You may request early deletion of your submitted campaign data at any time by emailing [email protected] with your order details. We will confirm deletion within 5 business days. Note that deletion of campaign data before analysis is complete will prevent delivery of the ordered report.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. Residents of British Columbia and other Canadian provinces have rights under applicable privacy legislation, including PIPEDA and BC PIPA.
